Job summary

Chemify Ltd is seeking a Product Operations Manager to act as technical lead for commercial projects, bridging Business Development, Commercial Clients, and Production. You will oversee retrosynthesis through to final delivery, define synthetic routes, coordinate with internal teams, and provide updates to clients, while feeding back to software and production teams to drive platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Industrial synthetic chemistry laboratory experience.
• Experience with retrosynthesis tools and electronic lab notebooks.
• Ability to deliver complex projects to tight deadlines.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; good numeracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee synthetic routes for commercial compounds.
• Coordinate retrosynthesis with Molecular Design team.
• Plan synthesis campaigns and manage purifications.
• Prepare synthesis reports for clients and updates.
• Lead client update meetings and provide progress updates.
• Implement PRINCE2 project management practices.
• Collaborate across sites to improve platform capabilities.
