Job summary
Invictus Complex Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Complex Care Nurse Manager to lead a small caseload and the teams supporting it. The role is predominantly home-based within a regional UK geography, with clinical oversight from enquiry to ongoing delivery.
You will build strong client and family relationships, ensure care plans stay person-centred and compliant, and mentor staff while maintaining high-quality care standards.
Qualifications
- NMC registration and PIN hold essential.
- Experience in complex care or community nursing.
- Strong leadership and team development ability.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload and prioritise competing demands.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small caseload of complex care clients and their teams.
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to care teams.
- Build relationships with clients, families, commissioners and case managers.
- Regularly review care packages for safety, effectiveness and person-centred care.
- Mentor and develop care and nursing staff; ensure staff are valued and engaged.
- Address training, competency or performance concerns as needed.
- Ensure care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation meet CQC standards.
- Collaborate with Clinical Lead and management team to drive quality.
