Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a Complex Care Nurse in Norwich for an office-based role supporting adult and child clients in their homes and community settings. You will train, supervise and guide carers, lead clinical decisions and manage complex care plans to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The role requires NMC-registered nurses with strong governance, communication and leadership skills, plus experience in safeguarding and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC with active PIN.
• Demonstrates effective communication, leadership and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Experience in safeguarding adults and children and a strong focus on clinical governance.

Responsibilities

• Occasionally support branch staff and act as a champion for internal customer service.
• Lead on clinical decision making across the complex care pathway.
• Manage a specialist client caseload with supervision of unregistered carers.
