Qualifications

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of contract standards.
• Ability to relate to and motivate staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage all commercial aspects of the Project.
• Assist in team building and monitor performance.
• Evaluate Cost/Value Reports and implement actions.
• Negotiate terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and train Commercial Practitioners.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract (NEC)

Ability to synthesise information quickly

Understanding of programming techniques and project controls

Education

Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent

Registered with RICS / ICES
