You will administer NEC-based contracts, review valuations, optimise change control, and report on commercial performance to stakeholders while coordinating with project managers and engineers on site.

Qualifications

• Senior quantity surveying experience on major infrastructure or energy projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial management and NEC contracts.
• Proven ability to lead commercial activities, budgets, and change control.
• Experience with cost reporting, valuations, and final accounts.
