IQA Elecnor Group is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial performance on high-value MV/HV, BESS and substation projects across the UK. You will work with the UK & Ireland division, clients and subcontractors to protect profitability and manage NEC3/NEC4 contractual obligations.
The role includes mentoring junior surveyors, developing robust commercial processes, and driving safety, quality and operational excellence across projects.

As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial leadership across a portfolio of major power, substation and energy infrastructure projects.
Working closely with the Division Commercial Manager (UK & Ireland), project teams, clients, subcontractors and senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for protecting commercial performance, managing contractual risk and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from a commercial perspective.
You’ll also play an important role in mentoring junior surveyors and developing best practice commercial processes across the business.
You are an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step into a broader commercial leadership role.
