Job summary

Arguile is seeking a dynamic leader to drive contract management and growth across UK and international markets. The role focuses on steering day-to-day contract delivery, developing a high-performing team, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong leadership and communication skills, and is eligible for security clearance if not already cleared. Hybrid working is available to balance office and remote work.

Couple of days a week in Bristol, Frome or North Devon, not set days, just as the business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract and commercial Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of key business contracts, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.


• Growth: Support and manage both UK-based and international markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.


• Team Leadership: Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.


• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive business success.


• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.


• Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives for continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the business.
