Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within cold chain or temperature-controlled environments.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including goods receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and stock replenishment.
• Monitor workflow and allocate labour to meet priorities; support inbound/outbound operations and maintain product quality and temperature integrity.
• Promote health and safety and ensure compliance with policies; investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational execution and timely response to customer requirements.
