This is a varied role combining operational planning, hands-on delivery and team leadership. You'll coordinate Bikeability delivery across schools, support and develop our team of Cycle Trainers, and deliver inclusive cycling sessions yourself, while helping us develop opportunities that remove barriers to cycling. You'll coordinate people, resources and delivery to help ensure our programmes run safely, consistently and effectively, working closely with the Active Travel Coordinator and supporting Cycle Trainers to deliver high-quality sessions. At Cycle Derby, we don't simply deliver sessions, we create lifelong pathways that build confidence, improve health, connect communities and inspire people to move more, more often. As Lead Coach - Inclusion and Bikeability, you'll help make that vision a reality, working alongside passionate colleagues who believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to ride.

- Deliver cycle training and other cycling activities yourself when required, including stepping in to cover school deliveries and maintain continuity of the programme.
- Provide day-to-day support, mentoring and supervision to our Cycle Trainers, helping them develop their practice and maintain safe, high-quality and inclusive delivery.
- Help develop new cycling opportunities and partnerships that increase participation and support people who are currently under-represented in cycling.
- Manage and monitor information relating to Bikeability and inclusive cycling, including participation, equipment and delivery records, to support effective programme management and reporting.
