Job summary

Stirling Warrington Ltd. in Rugby is seeking a Lead CNC Milling Programmer to join our manufacturing team. You will lead a small group, set and program 3-4 axis CNC machines, and edit Fanuc programs for various projects.

The role requires strong interpretation of technical drawings and attention to detail, with opportunities for development and a competitive benefits package. Salary reflects experience and is paid on an annual basis.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience machining complex components.
• Skilled with Fanuc controls (Programming).
• Offline CAD/CAM programming experience is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings with excellent attention to detail.
