Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking a Lead CNC Milling Programmer in Rugby to lead a small team and deliver online Fanuc programming for 3-4 axis CNC machines. You will read technical drawings, set up operations and ensure precision using calipers, micrometers and gauges.

With around five years of experience in machining complex components, you will drive development, take on the lead role in projects and mentor junior machinists while benefiting from training courses and a structured path for

Qualifications

• Five years' experience machining complex components.
• Skilled with Fanuc controls (Programming).
• Offline CAD/CAM programming (Advantageous).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of milling machinists (Training & Developing).
• Set, operate and programming of 3-4 axis CNC machines.
• Create and edit programs using Fanuc (Online).
• Work from technical drawings and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Quality measuring devices experience (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
