Job summary

Robertson Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Miller & Programmer for a well-established client in Mansfield. This hands-on role involves programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components in a clean, well-equipped environment.

You will programme and modify existing cycles, read engineering drawings, and select tooling. Essential experience includes CAD/CAM programming and setting, with opportunities for overtime on occasion.

• Carry out tool changes, offsets and machine adjustments.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller & Programmer to join our well-established client, who are rapidly growing due to much success.

This opportunity is working PM Shifts:

• 4pm - 2pm Monday - Wednesday
• 4pm - 1pm Thursdays
• Fridays Off (3 day weekend)

The Role:

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision-engineered components safely, efficiently and accurately.

Programming experience is essential for this role.

Essential Experience Needed:

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller
• CAD/CAM Programming experience

Desirable Experience:

• Experience with Hurco, Haas, Mazak or Fanuc controls.
• Experience operating Haas and Matsuura machinery.
• Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
