Job summary

You will be a core technical contributor, delivering trusted, scalable technology products in a secure environment and collaborating across agile squads. Responsibilities include building secure production code, guiding AI-assisted development, defining guardrails for AI in the SDLC, designing CI/CD pipelines, and driving end-to-end delivery with a focus

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience leading effective use of AI-assisted software development tools with validation for correctness, performance and security.
• Defines operating model for AI-assisted development with guidelines and escalation paths.
• Establishes validation standards for AI outputs—peer review, secure coding checks, automated tests.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or breakdown technical problems.
• Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.
• Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
• Establishes guardrails for the SDLC for AI use and secure handling of data.
• Implements a repeatable AI-assisted review workflow with quality gates and approval criteria.
• Designs CI/CD pipelines with measurable outcomes, using automation to improve release reliability.
• Identifies opportunities to eliminate recurring issues to improve operational stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams.
