Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Experience leading AI-assisted development tools and establishing validation standards.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI usage, data sensitivity, and security.
• Full SDLC proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of agile practices including CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• Deep knowledge of the financial services IT landscape.
• Practical cloud-native experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or breakdown technical problems.
• Develops secure and high‑quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.
• Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes, while establishing validation standards and promoting reuse of patterns.
