Outcomes First Group in Welford is seeking a Lead Clinician to manage the Clinical Team at New Barn School. The ideal candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, delivering specialized assessments and interventions for students with complex needs. Key qualifications include a degree in a relevant field and registration with a professional body. The position is 37.5 hours per week and offers a permanent contract with various benefits, including life assurance and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs.
• Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities.
• Ability to work dynamically within a growing clinical service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the in-house Clinical Team and hold a therapy caseload.
• Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students.
• Coordinate the line management of the onsite clinical team.
