Job summary

Outcomes First Group at Barton School in Lincolnshire is seeking a Lead Clinician to manage the in-house clinical team and balance clinical leadership with a Speech and Language Therapy caseload. You will deliver bespoke assessments and intervention plans for pupils with complex needs, including autism and SEMH, while coordinating the onsite team and reporting to the SLT.

You will drive service development, uphold safeguarding, and work within OFG’s education-focused framework to improve pupil

Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
• Registered with HCPC and RC S&LT membership.
• Experience with autistic individuals and complex needs.
• Clear and concise clinical reporting and supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house Clinical Team at Barton School and collaborate with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
• Deliver bespoke S&LT assessments and intervention plans for students.
• Coordinate line management and lead service development of the school-based clinic.
• Ensure EHCP-driven targets and safeguarding standards across the team.
