Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust invites an experienced Consultant Clinical Psychologist to provide clinical and strategic leadership across the Learning Disability Care Hub. You will influence service development, shape policy and drive quality improvement while delivering evidence-based psychological care.

Qualifications
- Provides professional and clinical leadership across a specialist service for learning disabilities.
- Leads development, quality improvement and research within the hub.
- Promotes evidence-based practice and professional development across teams.
Responsabilités
- Provide professional and clinical leadership to psychological therapy staff.
- Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of service improvements.
- Support recruitment, workforce planning and professional development activities.
- Deliver highly specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention.
- Mentor and supervise trainees and staff to develop leadership capability.
- Contribute to research, audit and service evaluation projects.
