• Significant and relevant experience in a critical care setting.
• Critical care course/ ENB 100 or equivalent.
• Recognised Post Graduate teaching certificate or working towards.
• Working towards Master’s Degree in Advanced Practice/ MA in clinical education.
• ENB 998/ City & Guilds 7307 or equivalent teaching & assessing qualification.
• Management Certificate.
• Advanced Life Provider.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in the provision of education and professional development for all staff within critical care.
• Assist in developing the unit's education strategy with the unit lead nurse.
• Demonstrate leadership and education delivery in a high‑pressure environment.
