Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or facilities services is essential.
• Ability to supervise others and delegate tasks.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills are required.
• Knowledge of COSHH and safe working practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of cleaning tasks including floors, surfaces, toilets and communal areas.
• Supervise and support on-site cleaning staff, promoting teamwork.
• Monitor cleaning quality and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
• Handle stock control, basic administrative duties and staff induction/training.
• Report faults or issues affecting the service.
• Adhere to COSHH and Health & Safety regulations.
