Job summary

Falkirk Council is seeking a reliable School Cleaner to join the Facilities (Soft FM) team at Kinneil Primary School. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

Working 15.83 hours per week during term time, Monday to Thursday early mornings and Friday mornings, you will contribute to a supportive schools service by carrying out cleaning duties to high standards and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• No previous cleaning experience required; applications welcome from all backgrounds.
• What matters most is your positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well with others and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and hygienic environments in the school to a high standard.
• Support the wider Facilities team across schools as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain equipment.

The Role:

• Location: Kinneil Primary School
• Hours: 15.83 hours per week
• Days: Monday to Thursday 5am to 8.18am and Friday 5am to 8.28am
• Contract: Term Time, Part Time, Permanent
• Team: Part of a wider Facilities team supporting schools across the Council area
