Job summary

Class Cover Ltd is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for the Esher area. You will support lesson delivery, assessment, and SEN in collaboration with teaching staff to promote a positive learning environment.

No formal qualification is essential, though an A Level 3 qualification related to children, education, or childcare would be beneficial. Relevant TA experience is encouraged, with flexible work and competitive daily rates.

Responsibilities

Assist teachers in planning and preparing lessons.
Deliver learning activities to individuals or small groups.
Lead whole-class sessions in the absence of the teacher.
Provide support to students with SEN.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Mark and assess students' work with feedback.
Collaborate with teachers, parents and staff to support student wellbeing and academics.
Participate in school events, staff meetings and PD opportunities.
