Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture or related discipline (or equivalent).
• Proven experience leading large, high-value projects.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering skills for design, modification, maintenance, and construction of buildings, facilities, systems, and assets.
• Lead the feasibility study to develop options for Roof Refurbishment aligned with provided specifications.
• Act as Lead Engineer on large or complex projects and manage activities from a technical perspective.
• Lead a team of engineers and coordinate cross-discipline works to deliver complex packages.
• Provide feedback and encouragement to engineering team and promote professional development.
• Act as technical authority on complex and high‑risk projects.
• Provide technical governance, reviews and approvals.
• Manage major client relationships and act as trusted adviser.
• Contribute to business strategy, work-winning and proposals.
• Ensure consistent application of company standards and best practice.
• Ability to present information to target audience.
