Mott MacDonald is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to lead the design of sustainable water supply infrastructure in Reading. The successful candidate will have Chartered Status and will oversee complex technical projects while managing design teams and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

This role offers a full-time permanent position within a multidisciplinary water division. You'll collaborate closely with clients and contribute to innovative water management solutions.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience in design and managing design teams.
• Proven ability to ensure compliance with quality assurance and technical standards.
• Experience in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of projects ensuring excellent technical delivery.
• Produce and review engineering calculations and specifications.
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance company reputation.
• Work to Mott MacDonald's global standards and review health and safety.

Conocimientos

Chartered Status (CEng)

Delivery of complex technical projects

Strong communication skills

Understanding of CDM responsibilities
