Care in Mind is launching a pioneering three-bed children’s residential home in Leeds. The Registered Manager will lead staffing, regulatory compliance and delivery of trauma-informed care for children with complex needs, ensuring outcomes are achieved with families and communities.

You will oversee budgets, quality assurance, safeguarding and partnership work with authorities, schools and clinical teams to deliver exceptional care and maintain the highest standards.

Qualifikationen

• Current or previous Registered Manager experience in children’s residential care.
• At least two years’ recent experience in children’s residential services.
• Experience managing and supervising teams within a residential setting.
• Experience working in Ofsted-regulated services.
• Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
• Sound safeguarding knowledge and looked-after children legislation.

• Lead the launch and ongoing operation of a three-bed children’s home.
