Job summary

Everyman Edinburgh is recruiting Lead Chefs to join our team and help deliver the premium hospitality experience we’re famous for in cinema venues. You will lead the kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef, ensuring every item leaving the kitchen meets the highest standards and delights guests across our burger, pizza, and sharing plates menu.

We’re seeking passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting and enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen environment at Sous Chef, Line Chef, or Chef de Partie level.
• Passion for food, customer service, hospitality, and people.
• Able to work 30–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team alongside the Head Chef and ensure every dish leaves the kitchen to the highest standard.
• Maintain fast, consistent service in a high-volume cinema environment.

Our Lead Chefs are the stars of the kitchen. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that each and every item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standards, helping to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience whilst visiting one of our venues. Our menu, focused around burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates is sure to get mouths watering!

What You Bring To The Crew

Previous experience in a kitchen environment as a Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie or Cook is desirable, but overall, we are looking for candidates with:
