Everyman Borough Market is hosting auditions for Chefs of all levels to join our team. You’ll work alongside the Head Chef to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets premium standards and helps provide an exceptional cinema dining experience.

We welcome candidates with a passion for food and strong customer service, who thrive in team settings or independently, bringing an upbeat, flexible attitude to a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie desirable.
• Able to work as part of a team or independently.
• Positive, upbeat, hard-working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every item leaving the kitchen meets the highest standards.
• Work with the Head Chef to deliver quality hospitality.
• Support a menu focused on burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates.

Our Chefs are the stars of the kitchen. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that each and every item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standards, helping to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience whilst visiting one of our venues. Our menu, focused around burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates is sure to get mouths watering!

What You Bring To The Crew

Previous experience in a kitchen environment as a Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie or Cook is desirable, but overall, we are looking for candidates with:
