Job summary

Everyman Altrincham is seeking a Lead Chef to join our team and help us deliver the high-quality hospitality our guests expect. You will work alongside the Head Chef to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets our standards, with a menu focused on burgers, pizzas and sharing plates.

The role requires kitchen experience as a Sous Chef or Cook; we value personality, passion for food and teamwork, with a flexible, upbeat attitude. Eligible to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience in roles such as Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie or Cook is desirable.
• Mountains of Personality and a passion for food, customer service, hospitality and people.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes leaving the kitchen are of the highest standards.
• Support Head Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences at Everyman venues.

Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that each and every item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standards, helping to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience whilst visiting one of our venues. Our menu, focused around burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates is sure to get mouths watering!

What You Bring To The Crew

Previous experience in a kitchen environment as a Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie or Cook is desirable, but overall, we are looking for candidates with:
