Job summary

Everyman Edinburgh is seeking Chefs of all levels to join our team and deliver the premium cinema dining experience we’re known for. You’ll work under the Head Chef to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets high standards and showcases our burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates.

We welcome candidates with kitchen experience and a passion for food, guest service and teamwork. The role supports a dynamic venue environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen exposure in roles such as Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member or Cook.
• Mountains of personality and a passion for food, service, hospitality and people.
• A team player who thrives with others or independently and maintains a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes to a high standard for guests.
• Assist Head Chef to uphold quality and consistency across all menu items.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment.

Our Chefs are the stars of the kitchen. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that each and every item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standards, helping to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience whilst visiting one of our venues. Our menu, focused around burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates is sure to get mouths watering!

What You Bring To The Crew

Previous experience in a kitchen environment as a Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie or Cook is desirable, but overall, we are looking for candidates with:
