Job summary

Everyman Edinburgh is seeking a Lead Chef to join our team and help deliver the premium cinema dining experience we are known for. You will work with the Head Chef to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets the highest standards and creates an exceptional guest experience.

Candidates should bring kitchen experience and a passion for food, service, and teamwork. The role emphasizes flexibility, positive attitude, and a collaborative approach in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Desirable: experience as Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie or cook.
• Strong passion for food and hospitality.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every kitchen item meets high standards before leaving the kitchen.
• Support Head Chef in delivering a consistent guest experience across venues; focus on burgers, pizzas and sharing plates.

The Role You'll Play

Our Lead Chefs are the stars of the kitchen. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that each and every item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standards, helping to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience whilst visiting one of our venues. Our menu, focused around burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates is sure to get mouths watering!

What You Bring To The Crew

Previous experience in a kitchen environment as a Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie or Cook is desirable, but overall, we are looking for candidates with:
