Job summary

Everyman Edinburgh is seeking Lead Chefs to join our kitchen team, delivering the high-quality experience our venues are known for. Working with the Head Chef, you’ll ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets exacting standards and that guests enjoy the best possible visit.

Our menu focuses on burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates, and you’ll play a key role in training staff, maintaining service speed, and keeping the kitchen safe and compliant.

Qualifications

• Desirable to have kitchen experience (Sous Chef/Line Cook/etc).
• Candidate should have passion for food, customer service, hospitality and people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen alongside Head Chef to ensure every item meets high standards.
• Oversee prep and cooking for burgers, pizzas and sharing plates to deliver a premium guest experience.
• Support training and development of team and maintain safety and quality during busy service.

Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It

Our Lead Chefs are the stars of the kitchen. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that each and every item that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standards, helping to ensure that our guests have the best possible experience whilst visiting one of our venues. Our menu, focused around burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates is sure to get mouths watering!

What You Bring To The Crew

Previous experience in a kitchen environment as a Sous Chef, Line Chef, Kitchen Team Member, Chef de Partie or Cook is desirable, but overall, we are looking for candidates with:
