Job summary

Impact Food Group is recruiting a Chef Manager for Holy Trinity Academy in Telford. This hands-on leadership role runs a high-volume kitchen serving hundreds of students daily, with Monday to Friday daytime hours and a 45-hour week.

You will plan menus, manage stock and budgets, oversee hygiene and safety standards, and lead a team to deliver nutritionally balanced meals across term-time activity. An interview and kitchen visit will be part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a kitchen, ideally in schools or high-volume settings.
• Ability to cook fresh, seasonal meals at scale.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
