Job summary

Impact Food Group is recruiting a Chef Manager at Fullbrook Secondary School, KT15. You’ll run a high-volume kitchen, lead the catering team, plan menus, manage stock and budgets, and ensure food hygiene and safety standards are met.

This hands-on leadership role offers daytime hours, term-time weeks, and excellent career progression. You’ll deliver fresh, seasonal meals to hundreds of students and build strong relations with onsite clients; interview and DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen, ideally in schools or high-volume catering.
• Ability to plan menus and manage stock and budgets.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving fresh, seasonal meals at high volume.
