Job summary

Impact Food Group is hiring a Chef Manager for a busy school kitchen in Bishop Of Herford Bluecoat School. The role is a hands-on leadership position running a high-volume kitchen, delivering fresh, seasonal meals to hundreds of students daily, with Monday to Friday daytime hours.

You will lead and develop the catering team, plan menus, manage stock and budgets, ensure food safety and compliance, and build strong relationships with onsite clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a catering team in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to plan menus and prepare fresh, seasonal meals.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing kitchen operations, stock, and compliance with hygiene standards.
