Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a large kitchen operation at our Newark-on-Trent property. You will manage up to 50 chefs, uphold top-tier food quality, safety and service, and shape a positive, high-performing culinary culture.

You’ll work with your kitchen leadership team to develop people, plan operations across multiple outlets, control costs and waste, and deliver consistently exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume kitchen operations.
• Experience in branded hospitality or hotel environment.
• Passion for developing people and building teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large team of chefs to uphold standards.
• Ensure kitchens meet food safety, health and safety and hygiene standards.
• Drive high standards of food quality, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Plan and organise kitchen operations across multiple outlets.
• Manage stock, ordering and food costs with waste reduction.
• Forecast labour and food requirements in line with occupancy.
• Collaborate with wider hotel teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Inspire the team to embrace Warner Hotels standards and branded menu.
