Warner Hotels at Thoresby Hall seeks a Head Chef to lead a large kitchen operation and uphold brand standards across multiple outlets. You will manage a team of up to 50 chefs, drive food quality and safety, and partner with hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Head Chef with a track record of leading high-volume kitchen operations.
• Experience in branded hospitality or hotel environment, with emphasis on brand standards.
• Strong leadership and people development abilities.
• Ability to lead by example and challenge standards when needed.
• Passion for exceptional food and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large team of chefs.
• Ensure kitchens meet food safety and hygiene standards.
• Drive high standards of food quality, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Plan and organise kitchen operations for efficient service across multiple outlets.
• Manage stock, ordering and food costs with waste reduction in mind.
• Forecast labour and food requirements based on occupancy.
• Collaborate with wider hotel teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Inspire the team to uphold Warner Hotels' standards and branded menu.
