Formación

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, restaurant or similar professional kitchen.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Passionate about food and maintaining high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present dishes to consistently high standards.
• Take responsibility for your section and ensure smooth service.
• Support and guide junior kitchen staff.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.
• Assist with stock control, preparation and minimising food waste.
• Work closely with senior kitchen team to maintain quality.
