Job summary

LADbible Group is seeking an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Director to lead the creator network (LCN) across commercial campaigns. You will oversee talent sourcing, strategy, and end-to-end campaign delivery with cross-functional teams, ensuring high standards and commercial effectiveness.

Responsibilities include developing scalable processes, mentoring the LCN Talent team, and driving long-term creator partnerships aligned with client objectives and budgets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships or creator management within media, advertising or a related industry.
• Established relationships with creators, talent agencies and management companies.
• Experience developing team processes and scalable operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator strategy across commercial campaigns with alignment to client objectives and budgets.
• Oversee talent sourcing, vetting and selection across creator tiers.
• Provide strategic input on campaign development, deliverables and negotiations.
• Drive long-term creator partnerships and repeat brand investment.
• Develop scalable processes for sourcing, budgeting, contracting and delivery.
• Manage LCN Talent team, workloads and day-to-day delivery.
• Ensure campaign quality, timelines and compliance across stakeholders.
