Rank Group is seeking a Casino Manager to own the casino operation during shifts, working with the General Manager and Operations Manager to deliver a safe, exciting and commercially successful venue.

You will lead from the front, putting customers at the heart of everything you do to create a memorable gaming experience. You’ll drive performance on the gaming floor, coach a multi‑skilled team and uphold Safer Gambling, compliance and security in line with UK legislation.

Formación

• Experience running a casino operation.
• Strong knowledge of UK gaming legislation.
• Proven track record of driving commercial performance.
• Customer-first leadership and coaching.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operation during your shift on behalf of the General Manager and Operations Manager.
• Create a fair, professional, engaging and memorable gaming experience for customers.
• Drive performance on the gaming floor across occupancy, margins, availability and dwell time.
• Coach and develop your team, building their technical knowledge and customer interaction skills.
• Build a multi-skilled and flexible team that adapts to changing customer demand.
• Ensure the gaming floor, equipment and team are presented to the highest standards.
• Take ownership of customer queries and gaming disputes, resolving them confidently and fairly.
• Ensure Safer Gambling, compliance and security in line with UK gaming legislation and internal policies.
