Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Team Leader for the Stanley site in Wakefield. The role involves overseeing a supported living service, maintaining high standards, and supporting the Service Manager in rota, risk and safety processes.

You will supervise support workers and liaise with care professionals and families as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and an NVQ/SVQ3 or QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with flexibility to participate in on-call
