Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid RN qualification with an active NMC PIN.
• Experience in complex care environments is desirable.
• Specialist knowledge of acquired brain injuries, mental health needs or complex behaviours is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and decision-making to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to nursing and support teams to keep care at the centre of everything.
• Oversee care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain safe clinical practices, medication management, safeguarding, governance and CQC compliance.
• Support staff development through supervision and assessment of clinical competency.
