Job summary

Active Prospects in Redhill, Surrey is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead our Complex Care Service for adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs. The role requires compassionate leadership, robust safeguarding, and the ability to balance risk with empowerment.

You will oversee day and night support teams (2:1 by day, 1:1 at night), coordinate personal care, medication, meals and activities, and attend monthly management meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading staff teams in complex care settings.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, including behaviours that may challenge.
• Strong communication and safeguarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complex care service in Redhill, ensuring high-quality person-centred support.
