Job summary

LDA Care Ltd. is seeking a Registered Manager for the Truro area to lead a person-centred service for autistic individuals, those with learning disabilities, and mental health needs. You will oversee operations, quality assurance and team support to deliver outstanding outcomes.

The role involves hands-on leadership, staff development, and escalating safeguarding and complex needs guidance while expanding services as the organisation grows.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager or equivalent in health and social care.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Solid knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding processes.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care is a MUST HAVE.

Responsibilities

• Take full day-to-day management of the service and ensure safe, person-centred support.
• Ensure care plans, risk assessments and documentation are up to date and outcome-focused.
• Oversee rotas and staffing levels and provide contingency cover as required.
• Conduct quality assurance checks, audits and spot checks to maintain standards.
• Ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards and company policies.
