SDR is recruiting a Team Leader for a new Complex Needs Supported Living service in Lancing, West Sussex. You will lead a small team, provide hands-on, person-centred support and help the individual live an independent, meaningful life.

The role requires leadership, experience with autism/learning disabilities and a full UK driving licence. Offering a permanent contract, a competitive hourly rate and progression opportunities within an expanding service.
