Right Match Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Service Manager (Complex Needs) based in Greater Manchester with travel across the region. The role involves oversight of multiple supported living services and leadership in service development, ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent), a Level 3+ management qualification, and proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager, with multi-site

Qualifications

• Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
• Management qualification (Level 3+) or equivalent.
• Experience as a CQC Registered Manager is essential.
• Multi-site management experience in complex needs services.
• Experience with safeguarding, inspections and statutory authorities.
• Demonstrated financial and people management experience.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support multiple supported living services.
• Lead service development, start-ups and transitions with Locality and New Business.
• Ensure services meet or exceed CQC and regulatory standards.
• Coach, mentor and develop Registered Managers, Service Managers and frontline staff.
• Build strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities and professionals.
• Manage budgets, risks, quality assurance and continuous service improvement.
• Contribute to regional Senior Management Team discussions.
• Lead or support complex HR investigations when required.

Education

Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)

Management/Leadership qualification (Level 3+)

We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Senior Service Manager (Complex Needs). This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established care company working in the field mental health, learning disabilities and autism.Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.
