Job summary

Campsie View Care Home in Kirkintilloch, East Dunbartonshire, provides nursing, residential, dementia and respite care in a warm, welcoming environment. We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead the 90-bed home, uphold strong regulatory grades, and drive quality, occupancy and staff development.

You will be a visible leader, manage budgets, build relationships with Care Inspectorate, families and partners, and ensure a compassionate, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a care home with nursing, residential and dementia services.
• Proven track record of maintaining strong Care Inspectorate grades.
• Strong financial acumen and people leadership capabilities.

• Take full leadership responsibility for Campsie View, ensuring visibility to residents and staff.
• Maintain quality, governance and occupancy while developing the leadership team.
