Kingfisher House Care Home in Perth is seeking an ambitious Home Manager to lead a newly commissioned 77-bed facility from the start.

Opened in late 2025, the home delivers residential, nursing and dementia care and will grow occupancy while building a warm, quality-focused culture with families and professionals in Perth and beyond.

The role offers up to £65,000 per annum, with up to 40% bonus and private medical insurance, within Care Concern Group.

Qualifications

• Credible leadership of a complex care environment.
• Ability to balance people and numbers behind a successful home.
• Experience delivering high-quality residential, nursing or dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kingfisher House during commissioning and establish it as a trusted care home.
• Develop the home culture, recruit and retain a capable team, and build strong community relationships.
• Drive occupancy growth while maintaining exceptional resident care and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with families, professionals and residents to ensure a warm, welcoming environment.
• Monitor quality and financial performance to deliver a sustainable, high-performing home.
