Care Concern Group Limited is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead Kingsacre Care Home, a luxury 66-bed service offering nursing, residential, dementia and respite care in Scotland. The role commands a salary of £65,000–£70,000 (DOE) and a strong support structure from regional leadership.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional resident care, sustaining occupancy, and guiding a dedicated team to continue a reputation for quality across the service.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years' experience as a Home Manager within an elderly care setting.
• Experience managing a nursing, residential and/or dementia service, ideally 50+ beds.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive continuous improvement and create a positive culture.
• Strong operational and financial awareness: occupancy growth, budget, and workforce planning.
• Nursing qualification would be advantageous, though not essential.

• Sustain occupancy while growing private-funded placements and managing staffing costs within budget.
• Manage budgets effectively and deliver strong operational performance.
• Build trusted relationships with residents, families, regulators and the community.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture where colleagues feel engaged and empowered.
• Collaborate with operational support teams to ensure continued success and readiness for inspections.
