£60,000 - £65,000 per annum + Up to 40% Annual Bonus + Private Medical Insurance

About The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and inspirational Home Manager to lead Campsie View Care Home in Kirkintilloch.

Campsie View is a purpose-built, 90-bed home providing nursing, residential, dementia and respite care across two floors. Located in a peaceful part of Kirkintilloch, the home enjoys views towards the Campsie Hills while remaining close to the town centre and local community.

This is an opportunity for an established care-home leader who is motivated by building on success and making a visible, lasting difference.

Campsie View has strong foundations, with Care Inspectorate grades of 5, 5, 5, 4 and 4, occupancy currently sitting at approximately 88%, and an excellent 9.7/10 review score on carehome.co.uk. We need a leader who can protect what already works, bring fresh energy and continue moving the home forward.

Contract

• £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
