Job summary

Care UK is seeking a passionate Home Manager for Strathview Care Home, Carswell Wynd, Cupar, Scotland KY14 7FG. You will lead day-to-day operations, inspire staff and safeguard residents' wellbeing in a 25-bed Dementia care environment.

The role requires 2–3+ years of Home Manager experience, budget control, and compliance with Care Standards Act and Health and Safety legislation. You will build relationships with relatives and external agencies while driving service quality.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years Home Manager experience.
• Experience in care of older people in residential/dementia settings.
• Ability to manage a budget and accounts; knowledge of relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and effective management for all staff employed in the home.
• Promote a caring environment that is delivered according to latest guidelines, best practice, legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home in accordance with company policy.
• Ensure high levels of satisfaction with the service and maintain strong relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers and external agencies.
