Job summary

Brook Street is recruiting for a 2 Bedded Children's EBD Home in the Manchester Walkden area. You will join a dedicated team to lead daily operations, coordinate care plans and maintain a safe, supportive environment for children with emotional and behavioural needs.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate with social services and professionals. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Care is essential, with DBS checks and a full UK driving licence

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Care or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Enhanced DBS (Adults and Children) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the home on a day-to-day basis in partnership with the Registered Manager.
• Support the delivery and review of individual care plans to promote growth and independence.
• Ensure safe admissions and transitions for new children in line with policies.
